Shipping & Returns
All of our orders are delivered by DHL or UPS to ensure that our shipments are delivered safely to you.
In most cases, we ship within 1-2 days after payment is received, plus approximately 7-10 days for the product to the address provided at checkout.
For custom orders, custom production time takes 3 - 5 business days, depending on the number of units ordered. Plus, shipping times are about the same as other regular orders.
You can contact us at any time to check the status of your order. You will receive an email notification from us when your order has shipped.
If you live in a rural area, delivery time may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.
Refunds and Returns
We do not accept unreasonable returns. We provide after-sales service for one year from the date of delivery. If your product fails after our 1 year warranty, you can contact us using the Contact Us on the top right corner of any page of our website. We will try our best to solve the problem for you.
For returns, we only accept the quality of the product itself, and we cannot be held responsible for replacing or repairing the product due to physical damage caused by the user. In addition, please do not deceive us and unreasonably return it, because we can analyze the reason for the equipment failure from the returned jammer, thank you very much.
In case of equipment failure, please contact us and we will send you our warehouse address (this is not the address given in every footer of the website). You need to send the product to us via a courier company with a tracking number/bill of lading. Shipping costs for returned products are borne by the customer. Again, we will provide repaired or replaced equipment.
The entire process takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks to complete, usually less.
